Making A Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.

When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.

Shipping And Handling
All orders are subject to availability. If an item is out of stock, you will be contacted after your order is placed.
UK - Orders up to £30 in value - Standard (First Class Post) Shipping and Handling is £ 2.50 inc. VAT.
Standard (First Class Post) Shipping & Handling is £5.00 on all orders £30-£200. £750 on orders over £200
EU - Orders up to £30 in value - Standard (First Class Post) Shipping and Handling is £ 10.00 inc. VAT.
Standard (First Class Post) Shipping & Handling is £17.50 on all orders above £30.
Europe includes:-
Andorra, Austria, Azores, Balearic Islands, Belgium, Canary Islands, Corsica, Denmark, Faroe Islands, Finland, France, Germany, Iceland, Liechtenstein, Luxembourg, Madeira, Monaco, Netherlands, Norway, Portugal, Republic of Ireland, Slovak Republic, Spain, Spitzbergen, Sweden and Switzerland.
Once your payment has been processed your order will be dispatched Via Royal Mail Airsure International Signed For Post. Delivery normally takes 3 Working days.

Delivery Schedule
All orders are subject to availability. If an item is out of stock, you will be contacted after your order is placed.
In stock items will be dispatched within two days by Royal Mail Registerd First Class Post. Although this service works well it is NOT a guaranteed next day delivery service and is subject to Royal Mail Terms and Conditions. Delivery normally takes around 1 to 4 working days from placing order. Out of our stock items will be obtained from the U.K Distributors who hold substantial stocks of all our product ranges. Delivery normally then takes 5 to 7 working days from placing order. In the unfortunate event that an item is not in stock at the U.K. Distributor Warehouse we will contact you with the expected delivery period. Please remember that pickups are all hand-made and delays on some pickups should be expected.
If you are in a hurry to obtain a pickup either Phone or E-mail us first to check on stock availability.

Back Orders
All orders are subject to availability. If an item is out of stock, you will be contacted after your order is placed.
If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.

Tax Charges
For orders made from the UK or the European Union, 20.0% VAT is added. All other orders are VAT free.

Credit Card Security
When the order is placed at our website, credit card numbers are encrypted using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.
We do not store your card details.

Your rights to return goods are protected under the EU Distance Selling Directive.
All goods are guaranteed against faulty workmanship and materials, except where otherwise stated. Defective goods will be replaced by the same product, or where the product has been superceded, by a product of equivalent specification.
No goods should be returned without first obtaining a Return Authorisation, otherwise we cannot be held responsible for goods that going missing in the post, etc.
