The best way to alert us to problems is via email. We respond to EVERY email in a timely fashion. Occasionally customers think we haven't responded because they haven't checked their email, or their spam filters.
It is extremely rare for there to be manufacturing problems with pickups because there is so little that can go wrong with them. Email us, we will try to diagnose the problem and where it seems that the product is faulty we will issue you with a Return Authorisation. |
