Stocks
We sell c 670 products with c2,000 individual line items after taking into account all the variants possible. We stock c300 items ourselves and can rely on our suppliers being able to supply the majority of our product lines quickly to enable us to get them to customers within 5-7 working days. As a result of a variety of factors we are not able to offer real-time stock monitoring.
If the pickup or part you want is out of stock with us or our suppliers we will email you to that effect and endeavour to give an approximate delivery date. |
After Sales Service
The best way to alert us to problems is via email. We respond to EVERY email in a timely fashion. Occasionally customers think we haven't responded because they haven't checked their email, or their spam filters.
It is extremely rare for there to be manufacturing problems with pickups because there is so little that can go wrong with them. Email us, we will try to diagnose the problem and where it seems that the product is faulty we will issue you with a Return Authorisation. |

In some rare cases we reply and get bounce-backs from email service providers. We try to follow up order-progress enquiries by phone in these circumstances.
