Blackouts for Bass represents the active bass soapbar pickup specifically voiced for aggressive music. Instead of the radical EQ boosting and cutting required to make flat, sterile pickups come alive, Blackouts for Bass delivers the goods with less tweaking. Blackouts for Bass have more of what you want: cleaner highs, deeper lows, and greater dynamic range than traditional active bass pickups. This high energy, expansive sound is capable of covering all your other gigs with ease.

The Alnico magnets, together with unique coil windings, have the effect of extending both ends of the frequency spectrum beyond that of the ceramic magnet version. In other words, the Alnico version is both warmer on the bottom and more detailed on top. Comes with four-conductor hookup cable and logo cover. This hum-canceling pickup offers a balanced, highly musical tone contour with a richly articulated bottom, lots of midrange, and biting treble. It's got a nice, mild "bark" without being overly brash, and it's not at all harsh in the mid-range. The low end is full and strong without being mushy or foggy. Generally used together with STC-3M3 and -3M4 Tone Circuits for optimal tonal control.

Seymour Duncan Antiquity neck and bridge for jazz bass® (11044-01 & -02)
The neck position is wound "top going" and North polarity. The bridge position is wound "top coming" and South polarity. When used in combination with each other the pickups will be hum-canceling. Both pickups have the traditional pole spacing. The magnets are protruding from the top and bottom of the flatwork for a smooth even response. Each pickup is recreated to fit in your old classic and comes with black aged pickup cover, schematic, and mounting screws. Hookup wire is the classic "push back" c braid wire.

Moderate output passive Stack is perfect for country, pop, blues, and classic rock. This blade-type pickup offers reduced output and a flat response. The bridge pickup has a defined, percussive character. The neck pickup has a warm tone. Used together, you get a solid tone with a slight dip in the mid-range; perfect for slap-style playing. The Stack design eliminates annoying hum. Comes with four-conductor hookup cable and logo cover.

Seymour Duncan Antiquity pickup for precision bass® (twin coil) -11044-11-12-13
11044-13 pickup for single coil precision bass® This single coil pickup is a replica of the ones found in the early "Telecaster®" single coil P-Bass®. It has four alnico magnets for the traditional sound. Each coil is wound with plain enamel magnet wire and protected with wax coated string. Hookup wire is the classic "push back" cloth braid wire.
11044-11 pickup for precision bass® (twin coil) The two bobbins are reverse wound and reverse polarity to make the pickup humbucking. The pickups are hand fabricated and wound using traditional techniques and use classic "push back" cloth braid hookup wire. Each pickup comes with aged black covers, schematics and mounting screws.
11044-12 pickup for precision bass®, raised "A" (twin coil) Like the originals, Seymour uses .625" magnets on the "A" string for better string balance. The two bobbins are reverse wound, reverse polarity to make the pickup humbucking.
