New! Seymour Duncan - Tele Hot Rails Neck Pickup New! Seymour Duncan - Tele Hot Rails Neck Pickup

The only humbucking pickup for the neck position of a Tele! High output single-coil-size "rails" humbucker. Great for classic rock, garage, punk, heavy rock, thrash, classic metal and nu-metal. Delivers a fat, full sound with incredible output. The powerful ceramic magnet, two steel blades and over-wound coils all combine to provide a heavy, raw, distorted tone with incredible sustain. Compared to the Little '59, Hot Rails has more output and a chunkier mid-range. Comes in black only with four-conductor cable.
Matches well with a hot distortion pedal like the SFX-04 Twin Tube Mayhem or the SFX-08 Power Grid. For all well-balanced instruments. Works equally well with maple and rosewood fingerboards.

Players:
Troy Van Leeuwen / Queens of the Stone Age, Mike Stern, John 5 / Marilyn Manson & Rob Halford, Joe Trohman / Fall Out Boy

Seymour Duncan Telecaster STK-T2b Hot Stack Seymour Duncan Telecaster STK-T2b Hot Stack

Boosted output humbucker. Great for country pop, blues, classic rock and heavy rock. The added windings and the hot ceramic magnet make this a pickup extra powerful. You get a hotter, muscular, twangy sound with more emphasis on the midrange and greater sustain. Comes in black with four-conductor hookup cable.

Available in lead (bridge) position only. We recommend the STK-T1n Vintage Rhythm Stack® for the neck position for versatility and hum canceling. For all well-balanced instruments. Works equally well with maple and rosewood fingerboards

Seymour Duncan STL-3/STR-3 Quarter-Pound® Tele Pickups Seymour Duncan STL-3/STR-3 Quarter-Pound® Tele Pickups

High-output true single-coil pickup for hard-hitting tones. Great for classic rock, jazz-rock fusion, heavy rock and aggressive instrumental rock. This brute has enough power to compete with humbuckers and hot P-90s. The stronger magnetic field of the quarter-inch diameter pole pieces increases the output and allows use of a special coil winding. It keeps the high-end definition for great treble bite and a full, powerful midrange. It's especially useful for overdriven tones. The STR-3 rhythm pickup matches the lead model in tone and output, but uses 3/16 pole pieces and comes with a chrome-plated brass cover.

Available for both rhythm (neck) and lead (bridge) positions. For all well-balanced instruments. Works equally well with maple and rosewood fingerboards. Both lead and rhythm versions available tapped for dual output levels.

Seymour Duncan Telecaster Hot Rails™ Seymour Duncan Telecaster Hot Rails™

STHR-1b - This is a direct replacement humbucker. It delivers a fat, full sound. The two thin blades with powerful coil windings combine to give you a raw, distorted rock 'n' roll tone with incredible sustain. Four conductor cable.

Seymour suggests that it's paired with either a Vintage Rhythm Stack neck pickup (STK-T1n) or, for more drive, a Hot Rhythm (STR-2).
Seymour Duncan APTL-3JD Jerry Donahue Seymour Duncan APTL-3JD Jerry Donahue

Well-balanced true single-coil pickup with boosted output. Recommended for traditional country, country pop, blues, and classic rock.

When the "Bendmaster of the Telecaster" needed a touring guitar with the exact same sound as his prized '52, he turned to Seymour who accurately duplicated the warm, punchy tone of its lead pickup. Seymour used Alnico 2 rod magnets and a special wind for increased sustain and output. Symmetrically staggered pole pieces mirror the fingerboard radius and assure exceptionally balanced string-to-string response. The result is a traditional, sweet and balanced tone, with high-end detail combined with low-end fatness and punch, and tons o' twang.

Available in lead (bridge) position only. The APTR-1 is the closest match in the rhythm (neck) position; however Jerry uses an APS-2 Alnico II Pro™ for Strat® in the neck position. For brighter toned instruments. Works especially well with maple fingerboards.

Seymour Duncan Hot Lead (STL-2) and Hot Rhythm (STR-2) Seymour Duncan Hot Lead (STL-2) and Hot Rhythm (STR-2)

Hot true single-coil pickup with increased output. Great for country pop, rockabilly, blues, jam, and classic rock.

Imagine taking the Vintage models and turning up the output. You get a fat and full punch in both the low frequencies and mid-range, yet it retains the muscular twang of the Vintage. The sensitive coil combined with custom length flat pole pieces provides more sustain.

Available for both rhythm (neck) and lead (bridge) positions. The rhythm pickup has a similarly designed high-output coil for full, clear sound and comes with a chrome-plated brass cover. Often used in the lead position and matched with a lower output rhythm pickup like the STR-1 Vintage.

Seymour Duncan Telecaster Little '59™ Seymour Duncan Telecaster Little '59™

ST59-1b - This lead pickup is a hybrid. Designed for the Telecaster® player who wants to rock, this little beast delivers a warm, smooth tone, reminiscent of an old '59 Patent Applied For humbucker mixed together with a healthy dose of beefed up Tele® twang. The Little '59™ matches up well with a Vintage Rhythm Stack® (STK-T1n) for a totally quiet rig; or with a Hot Rhythm (STR-2) for all around jalapeño hot tone.
Four conductor cable

Seymour Duncan STL52-1/STR52-1 five-two™ Nashville Studio Tele Pickups Seymour Duncan STL52-1/STR52-1 five-two™ Nashville Studio Tele Pickups

Extremely balanced true single-coil pickup developed for Nashville studio players. Recommended for traditional country, country pop, blues, and classic rock. Tele® players often complain that their low strings sound "mushy" and their high strings are too bright - especially in the bridge position. The Five-Two concept corrects this with Alnico 5 magnets on the three low strings and Alnico 2 magnets on the three high strings. The result is an all-around, extremely well-balanced pickup with traditional output and vintage appointments such as vulcanized fibre bobbins, formvar wire, vintage magnet stagger and waxed cloth hookup cable. Rhythm model comes with chrome plated brass cover.

Available for both rhythm and lead positions. Rhythm is RW/RP for hum canceling when using both pickups together. For all well-balanced instruments. Works equally well with maple and rosewood fingerboards.

Seymour Duncan APTL-1/APTR-1 alnico II pro Seymour Duncan APTL-1/APTR-1 alnico II pro

Warm, moderate-output single-coil for Tele®. Great for country, pop, jazz, blues and classic rock. The sand cast Alnico 2 magnets and moderate windings yield a warm, sweet tone with more natural string vibration for great sustain. Players who get their distortion from the amp rather than the pickup love the Alnico II Pro. It allows them to back off the crunch and get beautiful clean tones with softer attack. Compared to the Vintage '54, the Alnico II Pro has a rounder sound with a spongier bass response making it well suited to brighter instruments. Comes with waxed cloth hookup cable. Rhythm version comes with a chrome-plated brass cover.

Available for both rhythm (neck) and lead (bridge) positions. Often used in the rhythm position and matched with a higher output lead pickup like the STL-2 Hot. Rhythm pickup is RW/RP relative to the lead pickup for hum canceling when both pickups are used together. For brighter toned instruments. Works especially well with maple fingerboards.

Seymour Duncan 11024-22 Antiquity Bridge pickup for Telecaster® Seymour Duncan 11024-22 Antiquity Bridge pickup for Telecaster®

Seymour had a great time re-creating the beauty of an early '50s lead pickup Tele®. Using vintage techniques, each pickup is hand-fabricated and scatter-wound. All parts of the pickup are aged and given the look of a pickup played for 40 years!

Like the originals, the ferrous bottom plates are not wax-potted for that "breakin'-up Tele twang tone" that's just on the verge of feedback. The pickups are Dun-Aged™ and come with mounting hardware, schematics, and tons of tone! The hookup wire is the classic "p back" cloth braid wire.

Seymour Duncan 11024-21 Antiquity Neck (rhythm) pickup for Telecaster® Seymour Duncan 11024-21 Antiquity Neck (rhythm) pickup for Telecaster®

This neck pickup for Telecaster® guitars is wound as a full-sounding rhythm pickup. It comes with an aged, deep drawn cover for vintage looks and added coil protection. The neck pickup comes with schematic and mounting screws. Each pickup re-creates the look and sound of an aged early '50s pickup. The pickup comes complete with screws, schematics and vintage "push back" cloth braid hookup wire.

Seymour Duncan 11024-32 & 33 Antiquity II™ for tele, rhythm & lead Seymour Duncan 11024-32 & 33 Antiquity II™ for tele, rhythm & lead

Back in the mid '60s, Fender was only making Tele®s with rosewood fingerboards. Seymour kept asking Bill Carson to make an all-maple slab board neck for him. These pickups are pretty much the same ones that Seymour wound for that guitar - one of his all-time favorite Tele®s. Seymour keeps the tone and look faithful, but he also wax pots them to reduce unwanted feedback when using high powered amps and effects.

Rhythm model includes a chrome cover

Seymour Duncan Antiquity 11024-27 1955 bridge (lead) pickup for telecaster® (raised D & G pole) Seymour Duncan Antiquity 11024-27 1955 bridge (lead) pickup for telecaster® (raised D & G pole)

After early production of the flat pole lead pickup for Telecaster®, the pickups were manufactured with a raised D & G pole for better string response and output. These classic pickups had great sound too, and Seymour wanted to re-create the look and sound of this classic.

Seymour Duncan Vintage Stack® lead (STK-T3b) and rhythm ( STK-T1n) pickups Seymour Duncan Vintage Stack® lead (STK-T3b) and rhythm ( STK-T1n) pickups

Vintage-voiced humbucker. Perfect for traditional country, country pop, chicken pickin', rockabilly, blues, and classic rock.

Imparts the classic twang of a vintage Tele® with no 50-cycle hum and virtually no noise. Utilizes Seymour's patented, hum canceling, Stack® technology for unsurpassed quietness. The six-pole piece construction gives the pickup a bright, punchy sound, while retaining a vintage look. We even include black yarn on the lead pickup and a chrome-plated brass cover on the rhythm model. Comes with four-conductor hookup cable.

Available for both rhythm (neck) and lead (bridge) positions.

Seymour Duncan STL-1b vintage for broadcaster®, lead Seymour Duncan STL-1b vintage for broadcaster®, lead

Vintage-correct reproduction of a Broadcaster® pickup. Recommended for traditional country, country pop, chicken pickin', rockabilly, blues, and blues-rock.

The 1948 pre-Telecaster® pickup had an exceptional twangy, "nasal" sound with tremendous sustain. Leo Fender called it the Broadcaster®. The STL-1b duplicates this sought-after vintage sound with larger-diameter (.197") pole pieces in a flat pole piece orientation. Compared to the Vintage '54, this pickup has slightly more output and more snarl in the mids. Comes with waxed cloth hookup cable.

Available in lead (bridge) position only. The STR-1 is the correct match in the rhythm (neck) position.

Seymour Duncan STL-1 and STR-1 Telecaster Vintage '54™ Seymour Duncan STL-1 and STR-1 Telecaster Vintage '54™

STL-1 - In 1954, Fender® made some changes in the Telecaster® lead pickup. Smaller diameter magnets were used and the center pole pieces extended closer to the strings. The result was a strong, clear response to high notes -- a bright and biting sound. The STL-1 duplicates this vintage model in every exacting detail. Use this pickup together with the STR-1 rhythm model to complete the improvement to your guitar's sound.

Rhythm model includes a chrome cover
